Endocrine Pharmacology9 Hours- Insulin and antidiabetics: types of insulin (rapid, short, intermediate, long-acting); mechanism; oral hypoglycaemics — sulfonylureas, biguanides, TZDs, DPP-4 inhibitors, SGLT2 inhibitors, GLP-1 agonists
- Thyroid pharmacology: levothyroxine, liothyronine; antithyroid drugs (carbimazole, propylthiouracil); radioactive iodine therapy
- Corticosteroids: glucocorticoids (dexamethasone, prednisolone) and mineralocorticoids; mechanisms; clinical uses; adverse effects; HPA axis suppression

Chemotherapy9 Hours- Antibiotics: β-lactams (penicillins, cephalosporins, carbapenems, monobactams), aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, macrolides, fluoroquinolones, glycopeptides (vancomycin) — mechanisms, spectrum, adverse effects
- Antifungals: amphotericin B, azoles (fluconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole), echinocandins (caspofungin) — mechanisms and uses
- Antivirals: antiretrovirals (NRTIs, NNRTIs, PIs, INSTIs) — HIV treatment principles; antiherpes (acyclovir, ganciclovir); influenza antivirals (oseltamivir); hepatitis antivirals (sofosbuvir, tenofovir); antiprotozoals (chloroquine, artemisinin, metronidazole)

Immunopharmacology9 Hours- Immunosuppressants: mechanism of calcineurin inhibitors (cyclosporine, tacrolimus), mTOR inhibitors (sirolimus), azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil; clinical uses in organ transplantation and autoimmune diseases
- Immunostimulants: interferons, interleukins; thalidomide and lenalidomide; BCG immunotherapy; granulocyte colony-stimulating factors (G-CSF, GM-CSF)
- Biologics in immunotherapy: monoclonal antibodies (adalimumab, infliximab, rituximab, trastuzumab); checkpoint inhibitors (pembrolizumab, nivolumab); CAR-T cell therapy

Dermatological and Ophthalmological Pharmacology9 Hours- Dermatological drugs: topical corticosteroids — potency classification and uses; retinoids (tretinoin, isotretinoin) in acne and psoriasis; antifungal topicals (clotrimazole, terbinafine); keratolytics; emollients and moisturisers
- Drugs for psoriasis: topical (dithranol, coal tar, calcipotriol); systemic (methotrexate, cyclosporine, biologics — secukinumab, adalimumab)
- Ophthalmological drugs: antiglaucoma drugs (β-blockers, prostaglandin analogues, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, α2-agonists); anti-VEGF therapy; ophthalmic antibiotics; mydriatics and cycloplegics

Reproductive Pharmacology9 Hours- Contraceptives: combined oral contraceptive pills (COCPs) — mechanism, types, pharmacology; progestogen-only pills; injectable contraceptives; IUDs; emergency contraception
- Fertility drugs: clomiphene citrate, gonadotrophins (FSH, LH, hMG), GnRH analogues — uses in assisted reproductive technology (ART)
- Uterine stimulants and relaxants: oxytocin, ergometrine, dinoprostone (PGE2) — mechanism and clinical uses; tocolytics (nifedipine, atosiban, salbutamol); drugs in preeclampsia (magnesium sulphate, hydralazine)
