  • Recruitment and selection in pharmaceutical industry: job description preparation, sourcing channels, selection process (technical interviews, psychometric tests)
  • Training and development: GMP training; skill gap analysis; training matrix; on-the-job vs. classroom training; e-learning in pharma; training record documentation
